$125 per session (50 minutes)

Sliding scale services are available on a limited basis and based on household income.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health/behavioral health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is my co-payment?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Please note that if you use insurance, your therapist is required to submit a mental health diagnosis when billing. Please bring your insurance ID card with you to the initial intake session.

Payment

Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, cash, check, HSA (Health Spending Account), Visa or Mastercard are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Please call or email as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and you have not provided at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Insurance cannot be billed for a missed session, so if you are using insurance you will be charged the insurance rate. If you have an emergency, a late cancellation may be rescheduled if another appointment time is available. Rescheduling is available at the therapist’s discretion.
